Terms and Conditions

Stay Conditions

Prices include 2 bedrooms, communal areas, cleaning and all taxes. The maximum capacity is 4 guests. Guests may request an additional bed for up to 2 extra people at a cost to be determined.

During low season, the house may be booked for an adjusted amount depending on the requested time of year. These conditions are subject to availability and can be confirmed at stay@recantodidjaro.com.

During high season (July and August) minimum stay is 5 nights. During low season (September to June) minimum stay is 3 nights. In case a guest would like to stay a shorter period, please send your request to stay@recantodidjaro.com, and we will check if it is possible.

Swimming Pool Safety

The swimming pool at Recanto D'Idjaro is unsupervised and there is no lifeguard on duty. Guests use the pool and surrounding areas at their own risk.

Guests are responsible for ensuring the safety and supervision of all members of their party, particularly children and individuals who are unable to swim. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while in or near the pool area.

Pets

Pets are permitted in the outdoor areas of the property only with the prior written approval of Recanto D'Idjaro. Any request to bring a pet must be agreed upon in writing before arrival.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house. Guests may smoke only in designated outdoor areas and must use an ashtray at all times for the safe disposal of cigarette butts and ashes.

Failure to comply with this policy may create a significant fire hazard, and guests will be held responsible for any damage, losses, or costs resulting from negligence or non-compliance.

External Visitors Policy

Access to the property is limited exclusively to the guests included in the reservation. External visitors or additional persons are not permitted on the premises unless expressly authorized in advance by Recanto D´Idjaro.

Other Conditions

Guests are responsible for leaving the property and its contents in the same condition as they were upon arrival. Guests will be liable for any additional charges arising from non-compliance with the Terms and Conditions outlined above.

The production of photographs, videos, or other media for advertising, promotional, commercial, or publicity purposes is strictly prohibited during the stay. Any photoshoots, filming, or media-related activities must be discussed with and approved by Recanto D´Idjaro prior to booking.

Liability Disclaimer

Guests use the property and its facilities at their own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Recanto D´Idjaro and the owner, manager and employees shall not be liable for any illness, injury, accident, loss, damage, or death occurring during a guest's stay at the property or while travelling to or from the property.

Recanto D´Idjaro and its owner shall not be responsible for the loss of, theft of, or damage to guests' personal belongings or other private property, regardless of the cause.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation fee policy:

• Cancellations 60 days or more prior to arrival: 20% of total stay retained by Recanto D’Idjaro
• Cancellation 59 to 16 days prior to arrival: 50% of total stay retained by Recanto D’Idjaro
• Cancellation 15 days prior to arrival: 100% of total stay retained by Recanto D’Idjaro

Cancellations and Amendments

Cancellations are only considered effective upon receipt of written notification. To cancel a reservation, please contact us at: stay@recantodidjaro.com.

Any applicable refund will be processed in accordance with the cancellation policy outlined above. Depending on the banking institution and payment method used, refunds may take between 5 and 25 business days to appear in the guest's account.

No refunds will be issued in the event of a no-show, unused vouchers, flight cancellations, travel delays, early departure, or errors made during the booking process.
